Eunice Smith Duhon

JENNINGS Funeral services for Mrs. Eunice Smith Duhon, 90, will held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 4, 2011 in Miguez Funeral Home with Jack Harris officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery. Funeral home visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., Sunday until time of services. Mrs. Duhon died at 1:22 a.m., Saturday, September 3, 2011 in the Golden Age Nursing Home in Welsh. Mrs. Duhon was a lifelong resident of Jennings and was a member of the First Church of Christ. Survivors include two sons; Earl Duhon, Jr. and wife Elaine of Jennings, David Duhon and wife Glada of Jennings; one sister, Agnes Smith Hebert of Jennings; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Duhon is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Ophelia Newman Smith; her husband, Earl E. Duhon, Sr.; five brothers, Clarence Ben Smith, Alvin Frazz Smith, Wallace KiKi Smith, Richard Smith and George Smith.
