The family of Eugene “Beak” Paul Roy, 72, of Jennings, announces his passing on June 2, 2023. The family respected Mr. Roy’s wishes of cremation. Cremation has been entrusted to Miguez Funeral Home. 

Beak was born on March 19, 1951, to Noah Roy and Ola Mae Breaux. Being a native of the Jennings area, he worked most of his life as a carpenter.

Left to cherish his memories are his son, Jonah Roy of Georgia; sisters, Margie Roy of Jennings, Elsie Blanchard of Hathaway and Joyce Veronie of Roanoke; brothers, Alson Roy of Lafayette and Rocky Roy of Jennings; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Norma Fontenot and Eula Mae Breaux; and brothers, Micky Roy and James Roy.
