Funeral services for Mr. Donald P. Lejeune, 67, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 14, 2017 in the Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Buddy Howard officiating.

Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings.

Visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 a.m. until time of services.

Mr. Lejeune passed away at 7:45 p.m., Saturday, June 10, 2017 in his residence.

Mr. Lejeune was a resident of Jennings most of his life. He retired as a truck driver. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Diana Soileau Lejeune of Jennings; two daughters, Kay (Kevin) Stracener of Welsh, Dawn Deshotel of Hathaway; one son, Donald P. Lejeune, Jr. of Jennings; one sister, Brenda Lejeune of Jennings; two brothers, Robert Lejeune and Tommy Lejeune both of Jennings; 6 grandchildren; and 3 step-grandchildren.

Mr. Lejeune is preceded in death by his parents, Jules and Belle Benoit Lejeune; one sister, Gloria Sonnier; two brothers, Kenneth and Larry Lejeune and one great-grandchild, Canton Rucker.
