JENNINGS Funeral services for Mrs. Dianna LaCombe Ardoin, 62, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 21, 2014 in Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church with Rev. Charles McMillin officiating. Burial will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Welsh under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings. Funeral home visitation will be 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Sunday; and 8:00 a.m. Monday until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel. Mrs. Ardoin died at 10:56 a.m., Thursday, July 17, 2014 in the Memorial Hospital in Lake Charles. Mrs. Ardoin was a resident of Jennings most of her life. She was a very loving mother, loved her grandchildren, her dog, Bo and was considered by her many good friends to be the best cook in Jennings. Survivors include two daughters, Dawn Green and husband Garreth of Jennings, Rachael Person and husband Clint of Jennings; one sister, Ruby Jane Richard of Mermentau; and six grandchildren, Olivia Hollier, Hayden Green, Julia Green, Jackson Person, Jett Person, Eliza Mary Person. She was preceded in death by her parents, Duval and Ruby Duhon LaCombe and one brother, James Butch LaCombe.
