JENNINGS Funeral services for Mr. Daniel Alan Stewart, 30, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, May 31, 2015 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Deacon Mike Tramel officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Funeral home visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Saturday; and 8:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Mr. Stewart died at 6:56 p.m., Thursday, May 29, 2015 at his residence. He was a native of Okarche, OK and a resident of the Andrus Cove area. He worked as an air conditioner technician, but lived to work offshore. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Rayln and Joetta Martin Trahan; one daughter, Camryn Stewart of Moss Bluff; one son, Gavin Stewart of Moss Bluff; one sister, Hannah Hoffpauir of Hayes; one brother, Joseph Stewart of Hayes; maternal grandparents, MJ and Yvonne Martin of Andrus Cove; paternal grandmother, Kathy Stewart of Kingfisher, OK and his biological father, Robert Stewart of Kingfisher, OK. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jerry Stewart. “Although you have gone off and left us for better places we will forever fly because of the wings you have left for us”.
