LAKE ARTHUR Funeral services for Mr. Warren Dale Leger, 57, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 24, 2012 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Andrus Cove Cemetery. Funeral home visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. today, Monday; and 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, until time of services. A rosary led by Mr. Shirley Guidry will be recited at 7:00 p.m., today, Monday in the funeral home chapel. Mr. Leger was a lifelong resident of Lake Arthur and was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lake Arthur. Survivors include two sisters, Susan Leger Smith of Lake Arthur, Mable Martin and husband Adonis of Lake Charles; two brothers, Elmer John Leger and wife Gloria and Arthur Lee Leger and wife Dorothy all of Lake Arthur; a special friend, Mrs. Marie Maw Lovebird Guidry of Jennings; many nieces and nephews and the many who lovingly cared for him at the Jefferson Davis Living Center. Mr. Leger was preceded in death by his parents, Olidie and Eda Marie McLean Leger; and two sisters, Aline Leger and Jane Guidry.
