Dale Alan Macon

Funeral services for Mr. Dale Alan Macon, 46, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 26, 2009 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Reighney officiating. Burial will be Greenwood Cemetery under direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings. Funeral home visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday; and 8:00 a.m., Thursday until time of services. Mr. Macon died Thursday, March 19, 2009 in the Texsan Heart Hospital. Mr. Macon was a native of Welsh, LA. He was a painter in the construction business. Survivors include one step-daughter, Katherine Little of Oil City, LA; his mother, Mrs. Gayle Durapeaux Fontenot and step-father, Hubert Fontenot of Lake Charles; three sisters, Gayle Musk and Michelle Fontenot McNabb both of Lake Charles, LA and Vera Dunfey of Blanchard, LA; three brothers, James Macon, Jr. and Tony Wayne Fontenot both of Lake Charles, and Jason Macon of Oil City, LA.
