The family of Cynthia Marie LeBlanc Lanthier announce the death of their beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter on February 14, 2024.

Ms. Lanthier was born on November 21, 1961, in Crowley to Elwood LeBlanc and Gloria Guillory. She enjoyed listening to music, fishing, and raising Pekingese. She also enjoyed volunteering at the veterinary clinic in Estherwood. Cynthia was a loving mother and grandmother, and she cherished the time she was able to spend with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Ms. Lanthier is survived by her son, Joby (Jenna) Conner of Lake Arthur; mother, Gloria Guillory LeBlanc; a sister, Pamela Lounsberry of Crowley; two brothers, Brandon LeBlanc of Lafayette, and Randall (Tammy) LeBlanc of Tennessee; grandchildren, Jacque Fachan and Jolie, Juliana, Joah and Jacey Conner; one great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Elwood LeBlanc and her daughter, Delanie Fachan LeBlanc.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday February 23, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Arthur, LA. A celebration of life service will be held at 7:00 p.m.

Cremation has been entrusted to Miguez Funeral Home.
