Courtney Prather

Mr. Courtney Heath Prather, 43, of Jennings passed away on August 6^th, 2022. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation has been entrusted to Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings.

Courtney was born on September 10, 1978, in Jennings, Louisiana to Terry and Pamela Parker Prather. He worked as a roughneck in the Oil and Gas Industry and as a security guard for BP. He lived in the Jennings community his entire life. Most of all, he loved spending time with his kids, having cook outs, playing his guitar and working on cars.

He is survived by his parents; daughter, Alexis Prather of Jennings; two sons, Draven Prather of Sulphur, and Tyler Menard of Sulphur; and a brother, Brandon Prather of Jennings.
