Clarence E. "Bubba" Cormier

Jennings Funeral services for Mr. Clarence Bubba E. Cormier, 53, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 13, 2010 in the Miguez Funeral Home South Chapel with Rev. Austin Spell officiating. Burial will be in the Mermentau Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings. Funeral home visitation will be held Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010 from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and on Monday from 8:00 a.m. until the time of service. Mr. Cormier died Friday, September 10, 2010 at 4:05 a.m. at his residence. Mr. Cormier was a native of Smyrna, Tn. and resided in Jennings for the past 34 years. He was a roustabout for the oil and gas industry. He loved all animals especially cats. He is survived by his wife; Virginia B. Cormier of Jennings, LA., a son; Eric James Cormier of Jennings, LA., step-mother; Gloria Cormier of Crowley, LA., three sisters; Bertha Ola Williams of Murfreesboro, TN., Angie Kim Longon of Crowley, La. and Deiadra Clement of Crowley, LA., four brothers; Felton Cormier, Jr. of Jennings, LA., Darren Anthony Cormier of Crowley, LA., Felton Lane Cormier of Morse, LA., and Chad Brady Cormier of Crowley, LA. Mr. Cormier was preceded in death by his parents, Felton Cormier and Annie Sue Gowens.
