Jennings Funeral services for Miss Cassie Lynn Benoit, 31, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2009 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Rev. Anthony Fontenot officiating. Burial will be in Istre Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings. Funeral home visitation will be held Sunday, Sept. 13, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Monday from 8:00 a.m. until the time of service. A Scripture service and rosary will be Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. led by Deacon Bennett McZeal. Miss Benoit died Friday, Sept. 11, 2009 at 4:56 p.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette. Miss Benoit was a native of Jennings and resident of Eunice. She enjoyed visiting and talking with family and friends. She loved to go bike riding and help take care of children. Miss Benoit is survived by her mother; Judith Ann Benoit of Jennings, three brothers; Ivan Guillory and his fianc, Rebecca Benoit of Lake Arthur, Terrie Guillory of Lake Arthur and Christopher Guillory of Welsh.
