Brenda LeJeune

Brenda Marie LeJeune, 74, of Jennings, LA, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2024.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday December 29, 2024, in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel in Jennings, beginning at 1:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. A rosary will be held at 5:00 p.m., with a funeral service immediately following. Funeral services will be led by Father Clyde Thomas. Following all services, a cremation will be held under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Brenda was born on November 22, 1950, in Jennings, LA, to Jules LeJeune and Thelma Belle Benoit LeJeune. She lived her life to the fullest. She spent her life being a dedicated mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She enjoyed spending time with family and spoiling her granddaughter. She often attended Mass at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. If you knew her, you know she was a huge Saints fan, loved good food and loved the color yellow.

She is survived by her loving son, Chad (Cari) LeJeune; granddaughter, Valorie Belle LeJeune; brothers, Tommy (Christine) LeJeune and Robert (Paula) LeJeune; sisters-in-law, Diane LeJeune and Nora LeJeune; and a host of friends, that will all miss her deeply.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Gloria (Ernest "Peanut" LeJeune) Sonnier; brothers, Kenneth LeJeune, Donald LeJeune and Larry LeJeune.
