Funeral services for Mrs. Benita Ann LeGros, 70, of Roanoke, will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Charles McMillin officiating.  Burial will follow in Andrus Cove Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation for Mrs. LeGros will begin on Friday afternoon, March 1, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. and will close at 8:00 p.m.  A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m.  Visitation will resume Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. and will continue until the 11:00 a.m. service time.

Mrs. LeGros was born on February 7, 1954, in Jennings to Willard Hanks and Alice Broussard Hanks.  She was a homemaker who enjoyed taking care of her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, John LeGros; daughter, Rachael Touchet of Roanoke; son, John LeGros, Jr. of Lake Charles; stepdaughter, Misty Christian; of Lake Charles; sister-in-law, Bernadine “Denny” Hanks; first granddaughter, Brittany Skye Marie LeGros and thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents: a brother, Bennett Hanks; and a grandchild, Lasson Kenneth Blake LeGros.

Pallbearers will be Chris Hanks, Chad Hebert, Beau Laborde, Jorion LeGros, Chad Touchet and Trejohn LeGros.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jayden Ellis, LeGend John LeGros and Hunter Willis.
