Arthur “Moose” Eugene Flanders, III, 72, of Lake Arthur, LA passed away November 20, 2018 in the hospital surrounded by his loved ones.  Arthur was born in Waycross, GA June 18, 1946.  He was adopted by Arthur E. Flanders, Jr. and Dorothy Will Smith Flanders.  Arthur enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, drinking beer, watching wrestling and shooting pool.  His favorite pass time was being on the water because he was a Sr. Boat Captain for 30+ years.

Arthur is survived by his sons Arthur E. Flanders, IV, Bruce E. Campbell, Randal W. Flanders; daughters Roberta L. Matheson, Frances R. DiPilla, Kippy Flanders Tats, also a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He is also survived by a great number of brothers and sisters in the biker community.

Arthur will receive family and friends for a Life Celebration on Monday the 26th at 5:30 p.m. located at the American Legion in Lake Arthur, LA.  Following the celebration services the party will continue at the Legion.
