LAKE ARTHUR A memorial service for Anthony Logue, 55, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 23, 2013 in the Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur with Msgr. Ronald Groth officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Mr. Logue died at 11:12 a.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2013 in Lakeside. Mr. Logue was a native of Sulphur and a 26 year resident of Iowa, LA. He was a pipe fitter in the oil industry. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in LeBleu Settlement, loved caring for his fruit trees. He also loved hunting, fishing, talking with friends and family and care for animals. Survivors include his wife, Christelle Conner Logue, two step-sons, Gerard Conner and wife Brittany of Jennings, Cody Conner and wife Jennifer of Gueydan; one sister, Selena Hopper of Lake Charles; one brother, Vernon Logue and wife Shirley of LeCompte, LA; four step-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Logue is preceded in death by his parents, Paul I. and Josephine Helena Vincent Logue; one sister, Deliah Logue Istre; two brothers, Jeff Logue and Michael Logue; and grandfather, Frank Logue.
