Ann B. Hebert

Funeral services for Mrs. Ann Benoit Hebert, 79, of Lake Arthur, will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel in Jennings with Bro. James Johnson officiating. She will be laid to rest with her husband, John, in Andrus Cove Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation for Mrs. Hebert will begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue until the time of service of 1:00 p.m.

Mrs. Hebert was born on October 24, 1944, in Mermentau to Kelly and Mary Louise Benoit. She lived her life as a devoted wife and homemaker. She enjoyed arts and crafts, particularly painting, sewing, and crocheting. For many years she enjoyed teaching vacation bible school at First Baptist Church in Lake Arthur. She loved her children and grandchildren greatly. She was a resident of the Jennings-Lake Area her entire life.

Those left to cherish her memory are children, Robin (Glenn) Whitfield, Jessica Kratzer, Jody (Linda) Guidry, and Timothy Guidry; extended family, Sheila (Tony) Purshall, Pamela Hebert (Lester Ledoux), Danny (Brenda) Hebert and Johnny (Emma) Hebert; grandchildren, Joshua, Erin, Daniel, Matthew, Jacob, Justin, Allie, Kaitlyn and Alicia.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Hebert; her parents; sisters, Lillian, Laura, Shirleen, Wilma, Velma and brothers, David and Worley Benoit; daughter, Stephanie Guidry; and a granddaughter, Lauren Guidry.
