Memories Timeline

  1. I loved Leonard as he would be my father. So many good memories with him. My son Jacques swears that "Paw Paw Sam" grilled the best barbecue ❤️ I will never forget how he danced with me at my wedding as my father.. I loved making him laugh with my silly stories. We will truly miss him. Lots of love, strength, and prayers for my sweet friend Martha and her family.

  10. We are very sorry for your loss, Martha and all your family! We own the firing range in Lake Arthur that Leonard came to almost every year for many years. Wilton and I were saddened by Leonard's passing. He was always so kind and respectful as a customer. He was also helpful while he was at the range. Wilton regarded him as a friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you! May he Rest in the Peace of his Savior!

Words can not express the countless players and students you have helped in your lifetime, thank you Sir! You sacrificed for many near and far! You have not just been a coach and teacher but a Father to me and countless others! Thank you to Mrs. Troutman and to Elissa, Jim, and John for sharing your husband and your Dad with us, only God knows what that’s like.
