Jennings Memorial services for Mr. Lee J. Gary, 76, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2014 in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Mike Tramel officiating. Burial with military honors will be held in Bertrand Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday in the funeral home North Chapel. Mr. Gary died at 5:35 a.m., Sunday, February 9, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Gary was a native and lifelong resident of Jennings/Hathaway area. He was a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church, served his country in the United States Army and was a retired auto mechanic. He enjoyed going to the casino, pulling lawn mowers and drinking coffee with his friends. He is survived by two sons; Jeff (Laurie) Gary of Jennings and Greg (Annette) Gary of Thornwell; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Gary, his parents Elodias and Edith Crochet Gary and a brother Lester Gary.
