Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Praying for His Peace to fill the void left by Mr FE's passing. All of Heaven rejoiced at his arrival. Let that be a major focus as you cherish the memories.

  2. Dear Frank, Ann, Dan, and Joe: I was so sad to hear of your dad's passing. The news brought back so many memories. . . From listening to your dad singing in church when I was a little girl (He obviously made an impression on me.) to remembering your mom and dad teaching us how to square dance when Frank and I were in high school. He was always such a nice looking man and a great leader in the community. I wish I lived closer so that I could pay my respects in person. Know that you're in my thoughts and prayers. With heartfelt condolences, Therese

  3. My deepest condolences for the loss of Mr. Landry. We hold your family in prayer that our Lord will help you get through this.

  4. My prayers go out to the Landry family. I remember Mr FE growing up in the Hathaway and Pine Island communities. Such a great, involved family in the growing of St Lawrence Parish during the times of Father John.

  5. So sorry to hear about Mr. F.E. Nothing but good memories about one of God's greatest ambassadors. Love to all the family.

  6. Having known Mr. FE was a pleasure. He could make you feel like the best person ever born. I loved sitting with him and just talking. He never had a bad thing to say and no matter how his day was going, he wanted your day to be better. How precious! Having Mr. FE and Ms. Louise as neighbors was special. Such a caring and loving couple. We are sending our prayers, love, and hugs to you all.

  7. The honor and pleasure I had to have met and visited with him at La Table Franais in Rayne. So sorry for the loss of your dad and my friend. I wish we could have kept him forever. Sorry to see him go.

  8. So many fond memories of F.E. And the square dancers Be & Esther Sonnier, Lem & Sue Gravelle, and all the rest of the "gang". Loved watching them having such a good time together. He was such a very nice man. We will be praying for you during your time of loss. But what a legacy he has left behind!!

  9. Ann, Frank, Dan, and Joe, Our deepest sympathy for your loss. We loved your Dad and Mom, best landlords and neighbors we could have asked for. I would bet there was some square dancing in Heaven when he reunited with your Mom. We were very fortunate to have spent time with your parents. God bless and keep you all. Dan & Frances

  10. We are thinking about you and praying for you this day. We are very thankful we could visit with F.E. in December. He was a special friend and we enjoyed many good times with him – square dancing or visiting. Our thanks to God for knowing him and each of you – his cherished family. Carl and Pat
