Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Our love to the entire family. Katie was very beloved by my father, Ray (her brother) and myself. We will miss her very much. My dad always tells the story of the family scrimped to save up for a winter coat for Katie. On her first day of school with the new coat, she came back without it. When her parents asked where it was, she said that she had given it to a "poor kid". That story is vintage Katie. We are so sorry that we will be unable to travel to be there with the family, as Dad and I each just underwent surgery within the past two weeks. Our most heartfelt love to our family and friends. She spent her entire life helping others and we know that she will be remembered with deep gratitude for her caring heart. Please let us know if there's anything that we can do to help. I can still hear that great laugh of hers! With much love, Susan Dupree and Ray Dupree
