Barry Lynn Fontenot

JENNINGS Funeral services for Mr. Barry Lynn Fontenot, 39, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 22, 2010 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Rev. Buddy Howard officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Funeral home visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Saturday; and 8:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services. Mr. Fontenot died at 1:45 a.m., Friday, August 20, 2010 in the University Medical Center in Lafayette. Mr. Fontenot was a lifelong resident of Jennings and was a carpenter. Survivors include his wife, Shanna Lynn Guidry Fontenot of Jennings; his parents, Sanders and Betty Bourque Fontenot of Jennings; one step-son, Colby Fritz of Jennings; two sisters, Phyllis Benoit and Tracey Schexnayder both of Rayne; one brother, Brian Fontenot of Jennings.

  5. OH my heart is so broken baby brother. It has been two years since the Lord called you home. Its a daily fight, a daily struggle to have to be without you. I love you as all the starts in the galaxy twinkle and I love beyond the heavens…you were the best baby brother I could have ever asked for….thats what makes this so damn hard…/'REST IN PEACE MY BABY….UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN…..
